Prince Philip of Yugoslavia, also known as Filip Karađorđević (Serbian Cyrillic: Филип Карађорђевић; born 15 January 1982 in Fairfax, Virginia), is a member of the House of Karađorđević. He is the son of Alexander, Crown Prince of Yugoslavia, and Princess Maria da Gloria, Duchess of Segorbe, and the fraternal twin of Prince Alexander of Yugoslavia. He would be second in the line to the throne after his elder brother, Hereditary Prince Peter. His godparents are Queen Sofia of Spain, King Constantine II of Greece, and Princess Anne, Duchess of Calabria. Philip lived in Virginia until 1984. Together with his twin brother, he was educated in London and Canterbury. In June 2000 he completed sixth form at The King's School, Canterbury. He was awarded a BA from University College London at the completion of his university studies. Prince Philip is now working for a foreign financial institution in the City of London.
